How To Login for the First Time

EBS will provide each client with a Client ID and an individualized Gateway Link used to login to the ePay Administration Site. Each user will also receive a Login ID. Each user will need to do the following:

  1. Type the Gateway Link into your web browser.
  2. Type your Login ID into the Login ID field, and click "[Email My Password]." This sends an email immediately from security@ecsi.net containing your password. However, due to the unpredictability of internet traffic, it may be a while until you receive the email. If you do not receive the email within an hour, let us know.
  3. Once you receive the email, enter the password from the email in the password field and press "[Log In]."
  4. You will be asked to change your password by providing your current password and a new password. You will also be asked to verify your email address.
